| Description | I would like to propose the attached magic rules for inclusion, which are for identifying files in NIfTI format. NIfTI is a widely used format for image storage and exchange in the neuroimaging community, see https://nifti.nimh.nih.gov/. I went beyond mere identification of the file type, and implemented rules for printing some high-level metadata (image size, resolution, datatype, etc.) which I find really useful, but I would understand if you think it is too much to include in the main database.
